Which Health Screening Package Is Right for You?

Not sure where to start? Here is a simple guide based on your age and health profile.

In Your 20s and 30s

You may feel healthy, but this is the best time to establish your baseline numbers — blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and BMI. Early readings give your doctor a reference point and can catch risk factors before they develop into chronic conditions. The Classic Package (S$128) is a solid starting point for most young adults with no known risk factors.

In Your 40s

Your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol rises significantly in this decade — often without any symptoms. We recommend at least the Deluxe Package (S$188), which adds thyroid function, liver health markers, and hepatitis screening to the core tests. Women in their 40s should also ensure cervical and breast screening is up to date.

In Your 50s and Beyond

Comprehensive screening becomes increasingly important. The Deluxe Package with Cancer Markers (S$288) or the Premium Package (S$328) are most appropriate at this stage, adding cancer markers, cardiac risk indicators, and vitamin levels. Colorectal cancer screening via stool occult blood is included where applicable.

If You Have a Family History of Chronic Disease

If a close family member has been diagnosed with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or kidney disease, we recommend starting comprehensive screening earlier — from your 30s. Speak to our doctor at your appointment and we will tailor a screening plan to your specific risk profile.

Subsidised Screening Under Healthier SG Screening Programme

Singaporean citizens and PRs may be eligible for subsidised screening under the Healthier SG Screening programme at no or low cost. Subsidised tests cover diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. CHAS cardholders receive additional subsidies. Bring your NRIC and CHAS card and our staff will check your eligibility at the counter.

What to Expect at Your Health Screening

1

Before Your Appointment

For most blood tests to be accurate, you will need to fast for 8 to 10 hours beforehand — water is fine. Avoid strenuous exercise the night before.

Bring your NRIC, and if you have a CHAS card or HealthierSG enrolment, bring those too so our staff can check your subsidy eligibility on the spot.

2

At the Clinic

Most screenings take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the package.

You will start with basic measurements — height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure. A nurse will then take a blood sample and urine sample. Some packages include an ECG, which is quick and painless.

Our doctor will speak with you briefly before or after the tests to understand your health history and any concerns.

3

Getting Your Results

Blood test results are typically ready within 3 to 5 working days.

Our doctor will call or message you to discuss your results and recommend any follow-up steps. If anything requires urgent attention, we will contact you sooner.

You are also welcome to call the clinic to ask about your results once the processing window has passed.
