Located at 592G Balestier Road Singapore 329902, Oaklife Family Clinic offers a range of comprehensive family medicine services.
As a CHAS and HSG (HealthierSG) approved medical clinic / GP clinic, we provide subsidies for eligible patients on health screenings, child and adult vaccinations, and chronic disease management.
All Singaporean children aged 5 and below receive full subsidies for eligible childhood vaccinations and developmental assessments.
We are open 7 days a week, come visit us today!
